We produce fabric with slasher dyeing technology, fastest Airjet looms & best inline finishing range. We also process flat finishes on the mercerizer for softness, luster, clean surface, and reduced shrinkage on the Denim fabric.

Jeans in stretch, supersoft denim. Relaxed fit with an adjustable, elasticated waist and fake fly with a press-stud. Fake front pockets, real back pockets and tapered legs. Some of the cotton content of the jeans is recycled.

A lightweight fabric is typically between 30- 150 GSM, medium weight 150-350 GSM and heavyweight 350+ GSM, such as our clear window PVC (640 GSM), although this can vary depending on the type of fabric.
Color Dyed Denim
Color Dyed Denim
The dye imparts a brilliant blue hue to fabric. In the dying process, cotton and linen threads are usually soaked and dried 15-20 times. By comparison, silk threads must be died over 40 times.

Vinod Denim Limited (VDL)came into being as an offshoot of Vinod Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., which has been engaged in the processing of synthetic cotton fabrics for over 40 years. Textile sector is a fast growing industrial segment and it is considered as a ‘Sunrise’ sector. Following an MoU with Government of Gujarat in the Vibrant Gujarat meet – 2011 to implement the commitment with Government of Gujarat.
