Spinning

Weaving

Denim is a sturdy cotton warp-faced textile in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads. This twill weaving produces a diagonal ribbing that distinguishes it from cotton duck.

A weaving unit with a working space of _____ lakh sq feet is located near Ahmedabad, It specialises in producing wider-width fabric in the ___ TC to _____ TC (thread count) range up to ___ inches wide. We have wider width Jumbo looms and Airjet looms, both of which can produce ultra-fine count fabric in narrow/wider widths. Dyeing Unit

dYEING

The natural cotton used for denim construction is dyed using indigo baths. The warp yarn is dipped repeatedly and hung out in order to oxidize, turning the yarn from yellow to green to blue. The yarn is then rinsed to remove excess dye.

We can fully meet our dying requirements thanks to our in-house and well-equipped Dyeing department, which has a production capacity of roughly ______ Kg dyeing each day. We have dyeing machinery for cotton fabrics as well as a high-temperature jet-dyeing machine for various types of synthetic materials, including polyester. All dyed fabric is thoroughly examined for parameters such as shrinkage, colour fastness, and other aspects in a well-equipped laboratory, as per buyer's specifications.

Finishing

Denim washes are basically of two types, Mechanical Wash and Chemical Wash. While there are many different processes used to finish fabrics, the most common ones used on denim include singeing, scouring, bleaching, desizing, mercerizing, sanforizing, and bio-polishing, each designed to accomplish a specific goal.

Vinod Denim finishing department includes ______ extractors for removing moisture from dyed fabric, computerised tensionless dryers for instant fabric drying, soft-setting and calendaring machines for systematic soft-setting and rolling of fabric, compaction machines for complete shrinkage control, and panel wash machines and tumble dryers for panel washing the fabric to achieve the lowest shrinkage value. Before being transmitted to the next step of manufacturing, all cloth leaving the finishing department is properly inspected and extensively verified for important elements.

Vinod Denim Limited continuous focus has been on maximum output with minimum human intervention, while ensuring excellent quality that keeps up with the times.

The knitting plant can create ____ tonnes of knit materials each day. To create cotton spandex fabrics, the company has a large capacity of open-width knitting machines. Textile sector is a fast growing industrial segment and it is considered as a ‘Sunrise’ sector. Following an MoU with Government of Gujarat in the Vibrant Gujarat meet – 2011 to implement the commitment with Government of Gujarat.
